Slow Fish is Slow Food Charleston's annual celebration of our waterways, our fishermen, and the seafood that ends up on our plates. It's a low key day of learning, eating, and hanging out on the water.
Come learn what's actually happening with the Charleston waterways right now, straight from the people working to protect them. SCDNR will be on hand teaching fishing basics and how to tie a few essential knots. Then eat your way through local seafood dishes made by Charleston chefs using produce from local farms. Live music plays throughout the day.
Mirror Image Fish Printing will be joining the festivities this year with a variety of gyotaku artwork available to collect.
